For over 20 years she has led people, built teams, and grown companies from the ground up, across both private and public sectors, earning a reputation as a leader who delivers results without losing sight of the humans behind them. Jay Anderton
Chief Blockchain Strategist
Jay Anderton is a veteran and fintech/blockchain executive with 20 years of experience in operations, payments, compliance, technology, education, and real estate. He has scaled startups, led a successful tech exit, and built award-winning financial products. Jay applies blockchain infrastructure, node ownership, and decentralized finance to advance initiatives in regenerative health, education, and both traditional and crypto payment operations. Comfortable in technical and business settings, his work centers on practical tools and strategies that help organizations move beyond legacy systems. He believes in synergy—creating win-win-win situations—and sees gratitude as essential to turning challenges into winning solutions.
Cory Clinton
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Cory Clinton is a seasoned technology leader, blockchain architect, and Web3 builder with nearly a decade of experience designing and scaling decentralized technologies and engineering teams.
At Block Reign, Cory leads the development of infrastructure that bridges blockchain, artificial intelligence, and decentralized applications with real-world assets and services. His work focuses on building scalable, secure, and interoperable systems that enable practical, real-world adoption of blockchain technology across industries.
Cory has played a key role in the design and launch of blockchain networks, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token ecosystems, and tokenization platforms that bring traditional business models on-chain in a compliant and utility-driven manner.
With deep technical expertise across leading ecosystems including Cosmos, Ethereum, and Solana, Cory specializes in smart contract architecture, validator infrastructure, cross-chain interoperability, and full-stack Web3 system design.
He is particularly focused on the convergence of artificial intelligence and blockchain, where decentralized infrastructure can support trusted data environments, automated systems, and emerging economic models centered around tokenized real-world assets and services.
Dewey MacKay
CFO
Dewey MacKay received his accounting degree from Brigham Young University in 1997. He spent two years working for Ernst & Young where he focused exclusively on entrepreneurial clients. He then spent several years in the software industry learning business development and sales for companies such as Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle). He is the Managing Director of Altrice LLC. Dewey has a keen eye for promising startups, as evidenced by his early investments in several successful businesses. He has spent time as Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer at several of the companies in which he has invested. He loves the energy of startups and is particularly invested in the success of entrepreneurs in his home state of Utah.
Jeff Wilhite
COO
Jeff Wilhite is a proven business builder with experience across both private and public companies, specializing in scaling organizations, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing revenue models that drive sustainable growth. He has guided hundreds of employees and thousands of independent representatives, translating ambitious ideas into efficient, results-driven operations.
An early participant in the blockchain space, Jeff brings hands-on expertise in tokenomics, node ecosystems, and decentralized business models. As Executive Director of Partner Development, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and supporting responsible, scalable growth.
Dwight Rasmussen
Product Development
Dwight Rasmussen brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector. While earning a Bachelor of Business Management degree and a Master of Information Systems Management degree, he worked for an early Internet startup company that was ultimately acquired by AT&T. He has since built a successful consulting career helping small businesses understand, develop, and implement IT strategies that improve operational efficiencies, follow best practices and regulations, and stay secure — all while focusing on relationships and the human element involved with technology. In 2018, blockchain piqued his interest and he became heavily involved with a commercial project that fueled his interest in how blockchain technology could be used to solve real-world problems and create meaningful opportunities across many industries and sectors.
Dr. Luciano Pesci
Blockchain Economist
Luciano is a respected economist, data scientist, and author with a distinguished career at the intersection of advanced analytics and emerging technology. A highly regarded professor at multiple higher-education institutions, he brings both academic rigor and real-world expertise to every project he leads. He is the co-founder and CEO of Emperitas, a full-stack data intelligence firm that blends predictive modeling with agile research to drive profitability and optimize performance across the full lifecycle of a brand. His work has supported organizations in making smarter, data-driven decisions that scale. Luciano has also played a pivotal role in the blockchain space. His contributions to cryptocurrency startups, including Spera.io, featured in Forbes, have helped teams secure funding, validate product-market fit, optimize marketing spend, and establish robust, scalable data-governance frameworks that create long-term competitive advantage. Outside of work, Luciano and his wife, Nicole, are raising five boys and enjoy exploring Utah’s mountains with their loyal lab, Maggie.
